A local Service team member will contact you to help you get a Simple Box. Here’s how the process will work:
1. We will confirm your request and help you choose the Box that best suits your needs. Availability in some regions may be limited – but we will always do our best to accommodate your ideal delivery date.
2. We will confirm that your delivery location is suitable for a Container and safe for our Drivers to access. Once suitability is established, one of our skilled drivers will deliver your container to the location on an agreed-upon date.
3. If you’ve rented, once you are done with your container, we will schedule a time for pickup.
