We were very pleased to find a local company where you could actually see the containers (not some online broker).

Common Questions About Delivery & Setup

How much space is needed for a 40ft container delivery?

You’ll need a lot of room. A 40ft container delivery requires about 100 to 120 feet of straight-line clearance so the truck can drop the box and pull out from under it.

What is the best way to prepare the ground in Arizona?

For a 40ft unit, we recommend a level pad of compacted gravel, asphalt, or concrete. Given our dry soil, you can place it on dirt, but we highly suggest wood blocks or pavers under the corners to prevent settling over time.

Is a 40ft container too big for a residential street?

It depends on the street. Our drivers are experts, but we need enough width to turn the truck. If you’re in a tight cul-de-sac or a narrow Phoenix neighborhood, give us a call and we can help you measure.

Can I visit the yard to see the 40ft units?

Absolutely! We encourage it. Our yard in El Mirage is locally owned, and we’d love to show you the inventory so you can pick the exact container that fits your needs.
